TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please make sure to read everything first before filling-out the comms form.
1) Client can only resell/make physical products of commercial commissions or any art that the designer consented to be used for such purpose. Any personal commission cannot be sold for profit. Client will automatically be charged 700 pesos if caught.2) There is a portion on the comms form where the client can link a gdrive of references. Inspos/moodboards/color preferences/themes/design maps/sketches are welcome & highly encouraged. The more specific, the better. However, the designs will be made in the designer's own art style so Please do not ask them to copy the art style of any other artist.3) It is highly encouraged for client/s to forward high quality photos for specific requests. Any size/dimension specifications should also be mentioned upon submitting the comms form.4) The designer has the right to decline if uncomfortable.5) Lead time is 1-2 weeks depending on the designer's workload. Commissions that are due less than a week after inquiry will not be accepted. Earliest possible for rush is 2 days after client's comms is confirmed, with a rush fee of 60% of total. The designer shall update beforehand for circumstances that may cause delay.6) STRICTLY NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS AFTER CONFIRMATION.7) Client is allowed to have 3 minor revisions for free. Additional and major revisions will require a minimal charge. Please refrain from requesting changes that are not achievable with the designer's art style.8) The artist can include client's commissioned piece to their digital gallery and post it online. Client can request to keep it private but an addtl 30% of total is required.9) Client's feedback is highly valued! Both the designer & the client should communicate for efficiency. But while comments & suggestions are welcome, the designer would highly appreciate if clients could mind their tone.10) All transactions will be made thru X dm.
WILL NOT ACCEPT: nsfw, explicit terms (ex. bad words!), element-heavy, illustration-heavy (unless elements are provided), AU-related conceptsNOTE: Please scan the artist's media/works thoroughly to determine if your vision is achievable! This is to avoid any miscommunication & to save both our time & effort. If you want, you can also send photos upon inquiry!Example: Hi! I'm [alias] and I'm looking into commissioning you for 3 stickers needed by August 10. Is it possible to have it designed in this style? [attach peg/reference photo]
1) Inquire using this format thru X dm:> username & nickname (what u prefer to be called!)

2) Wait for the designer's response. Once accepted, the designer will send the comms form which you will then be required to fill-out. All forms of following up are welcome if designer has not responded within 24 hours.2) Wait for your order confirmation thru X dm. For comms that are Php300 and above, you will be required to pay 50% of your total upfront. Comms will only start once your proof of payment has been sent.3) CONSULTATION. A draft will be sent for initial approval. Suggestions, comments, and minor revisions are free & welcome. Any major change or redesign will require a fee. Check applicable fees here4) Once you approve the design/s, you are to pay all your remaining balances before receiving all the files.5) Final documents will be compiled in a gdrive folder and link will be sent thru X dm.
